Installment billing with a WhatsApp chatbot

Installment payment system for a graduation apparel company serving 6,500+ students. Students and families pay and send receipts over WhatsApp; the admin team reconciles and reports.

• Over two months in 2026: 1,300+ payments credited and 135,000+ WhatsApp messages handled by the chatbot.
• Installments and late fees generated by scheduled jobs, with payments applied oldest first.
• Automatic AI pre-validation of payment receipts (over 80% of installment receipts arrive pre-validated) and duplicate detection.
• WhatsApp chatbot with MercadoPago payment links and automatic reminders.
• REST API with roles, per-branch permissions and automated tests.
